PRINTING

We use DTG printing. Direct to Garment (DTG) is a method where a printer directly applies the ink onto the t-shirt with inkjet technology. It involves a special printer, which prints the ink directly onto the garment in the desired design. DTG uses specialty inks, which are absorbed by the fibers of the garment.
Our experience shows us that DTG printed shirts are just as durable as screen printed shirts when it comes to washability.
We print on the finest, softest, comfiest tees in all the land: American Apparel and Gildan Supply all of our products.

SHIPPING/ORDERING

Our products are produced on demand so it depends. All Apparel will be shipped in 7-10 business days. All other products will be shipped out in 10-15 business days. If you're still not sure, just check the order lookup page or email us. We're happy to clear things up.
Please check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.
All tracking numbers can be found in the shipping notification emails we send out.
If your order has just shipped, please allow some time for the status of the shipment to correctly display on the USPS tracking site. Thank you for ordering from Frenzza!

Unfortunately you cannot edit your orders after they have been placed. We will give you 24hrs (after the order is placed) to edit the information.If this happens to you, just email us to support@frenzza.com and give us the information that you want to change.

If your order has already been shipped, take heart. Please contact us then we'll still try our best to make it right. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.

Since we are not like any of the other companies around, when you order multiple items at a time they will be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!
If your package is lost in transit, no worries! We will re-print it and re-send it at no cost to you. However, if the tracking information for the package states that it has been delivered, Frenzza unfortunately would not take responsibility. A new order would have to be placed.
We ask for photo verification of the damaged goods send to support@frenzza.com, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

If there is an issue with with product we reprint/reship the product to you at no additional charge or hassle. If you don't want a new product, we will issue you the refund.

We will take full responsibility for misprinted or damaged items, we will require Visual Confirmation (a clear photo) from you to confirm before replacing. Send an email to our support email: support@frenzza.com with your name and the order #. We do not require the item to be returned.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. We’ll be happy to issue a refund or replacement.
Exchanges are a little more difficult since we print close to exact quantities of what we need. We usually order a few extras, but they go fast. If you need an exchange, email us and we’ll see what we can do

You will have up to 24-hours from when the order is placed to cancel the order.

Once the 24-hours period has passed, all orders are finalized and in production. You cannot cancel your orders but please contact us to support@frenzza.com and we'll see what we can do.
